Loveyourself is much more than a nutritional consultation: it is a shared space for all members of our community. Here we hold cooking workshops, courses on nutrition and physical exercise, we meet to talk and exchange ideas, we organise support groups, we exchange clothes that no longer fit us and we meet people who share our goal of living longer and with a better quality of life.
Loveyourself is a space open to everyone. If you want to meet us, do not hesitate to come in and spend some time with us while you have a coffee or tea in our waiting room.
