Núria is the soul of Loveyourself and founder of the project.
A doctor specialising in nutrition who can do hundreds of things at the same time and give orders to the rest of the team in any of the many languages she speaks (including Japanese).
As you can imagine we love her very much and without her none of this would be possible.
It currently works together with a large team of professionals (doctors, nutritionists, psychologists,...) with the aim of helping to improve the health of the population.

The Geek
He is the one who manages and pulls the strings of Loveyourself in the shadows while petting one of his cats. He is a doctor specialising in public health who works at 112 and is also dedicated to everything related to training.

Carlota, a nutritionist specialising in clinical and phytotherapy, is passionate about her work and about learning more about the world of nutrition every day. She believes that a good nutritional education is essential and basic to enjoy a balanced health. Dreamy, eager to travel everywhere, a little bit saucy? The perfect ingredients to change your life in the tastiest way! With her, even broccoli will seem like a sweet!
