Initial Consultation

The first consultation consists of 3 distinct blocks:

1. Anthropometric study

This study is based on the analysis of body composition. A bioelectrical impedance scale is used to determine the percentage and distribution of fat, the amount and distribution of muscle, visceral fat, physical complexion and an approximation of basal metabolism. It is a fast and non-invasive method, which does not cause any pain or discomfort to the client. It is based on the electrical resistance (impedance) of the human body to the passage of a very low intensity current through electrodes (feet and hands).

2. Nutritional survey

We start with an analysis of the client's lifestyle (with the information provided in the nutritional questionnaires). Then the daily intake is approximated to the basal metabolic rate + the proportional part of the estimated daily calorie expenditure.

Calories are distributed throughout the day according to the client's preference and schedule, always following minimum distribution guidelines. A pre-workout meal and a post-workout meal are also established if necessary.

The amount of grams of protein per kilo of weight and the amount of grams of fat per kilo of weight to be consumed daily is stipulated (depending on the client's goal).

From here we look for those foods that the customer prefers to consume according to taste, ease of purchase or preparation, price, intolerances (gluten, lactose, parabens, additives...), allergies (nuts, fruit skins...), restrictions (vegetarians, vegans, lacto-vegetarians, raw foodists...), illnesses (diabetics) or religions (kosher, halal...),.... From this point, we look for those foods that the client prefers to eat according to taste, ease of purchase or preparation, price, etc. and 5 complete menus are established. These menus are prepared with the collaboration of the client, who is the one who proposes the food they want to eat, when, how and combined with what. We try to adjust the client's preferences as much as possible, always on the basis that some foods must be limited and others cannot be consumed.
