Maike's Cheesecake

Before you start

One of our most "cooky" Lovers has sent us this Cheesecake recipe that is sure to delight many of you.

It also has a balanced nutritional composition that makes it ideal for use in diets with an isocaloric distribution.

Are you ready to try Maike's cheesecake?

Ingredients

(for 12 muffins)

  • Whipped cream cheese 0 % 500 g
  • Philadelphia Light 160 g
  • Skimmed milk powder 0 % (type from the Asturian dairy) 150 g
  • Natreen/ liquid sweetener 1 - 1.5 tablespoons
  • 1 sachet of Royal homemade custard (powder) 22 g
  • 4 small eggs. 50 g/egg
  • Lemon zest.

How is it prepared?

Start by mixing the whipped cream cheese with the light Philadelphia and the powdered milk until smooth.

Once everything has been beaten, separate two or three tablespoons of the mixture and mix it with the Royal custard powder. Then put the two mixtures back together again.

Beat the eggs and add them to the batter together with the sweetener and lemon zest and mix well.

Distribute the mixture in the mould and bake it in the oven for about 40-45′ at 180ºC (check it well!).

For best results, we recommend using muffin tins.

As an example for a 1650kcal diet of 5 meals per day and isocaloric distribution you could have 200 grams for breakfast and/or 150 grams for snacks.
