Núria is the soul of Loveyourself and founder of the project.
A doctor specialising in nutrition who can do hundreds of things at the same time and give orders to the rest of the team in any of the many languages she speaks (including Japanese).
As you can imagine we love her very much and without her none of this would be possible.
It currently works together with a large team of professionals (doctors, nutritionists, psychologists,...) with the aim of helping to improve the health of the population.

Carles Miralles
The Geek
He is the one who manages and pulls the strings of Loveyourself in the shadows while stroking one of his cats. He is a doctor specialising in public health who works at 112 and is also dedicated to everything related to training.
Mireia Gonzales
Management and organisation
Mireia, our expert secretary in management and organisation, is a fundamental part of our team. Her dedication and efficiency ensure that all our tasks run smoothly. She is a person with extensive experience in industry and commerce, she is methodical and organised.
